What data we process and why

When you call us or write to us on WhatsApp, by email or through the form, we use your name, your phone number or email address, and whatever you tell us. We need them to reply to you, arrange a site visit if needed and prepare the preliminary study. The legal basis is your request.

If the study leads to an engagement, we process the data needed for the work and for invoicing, under the contract and as required by law.

We make a note of how you found us, to see which channels work. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in organising our work.

Who we share it with

With the professionals in our network who are needed for your case, and only after telling you.

With the providers of the services we use: Netlify for the website and the form, Google for website statistics, Meta for WhatsApp, and our email provider. Some are based in the United States and operate under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.

We don't sell your data or pass it on to anyone else.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that don't become an engagement: 24 months from the last contact.
Engagements and tax documents: 10 years, as required by law.
Website statistics: 14 months.
